  1. Go to the trip page
  2. Click "Get one voucher and join to the trip"
  3. Buy for the voucher/trip - DONE*!
  4. You will be registered automatically and get an invitation email!

• I have multiple discounts - how can i combine them into one large discount ?
  

  In our shop, it's currently not possible to combine multiple discounts into one. But don't worry - there is an easy solution to this! Follow these steps to make the most of your discounts:

  1. Go to the My Goodies menu
  2. Select the discounts you'd like to combine
  3. Press '+ Combine'
  4. Ta-da! All your discounts have been combined into one (the first one you selected) with the combined value, which you can now use in the shop.

  Unfortunately, the 'Split' operation is not allowed, so please be mindful when combining your discounts, as the operation cannot be reversed.

• I have voucher but want to join the trip with lower value. How?
  

  If you have a voucher but would like to join a trip that requires a voucher with a smaller value, you have two options:

  • Option 1: Keep your existing voucher and purchase a new voucher with the appropriate value.
  • Option 2: Convert your existing voucher into another voucher and receive a discount that you can use in our shop.

  To convert your voucher, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Vouchers" menu.
  2. Select your voucher.
  3. Press the "Convert" button.
  4. Your voucher will be converted to the next voucher according to the schema "Exotic Sailing" -> "Sailing Impressions" -> "Fun with Friends" -> "I want to Try" -> Discount.
  5. You can find your newly obtained discount in the "My Goodies" menu.
  6. As a result, you will get a new voucher and a discount with the difference in their values.

• I have voucher and want to use it for a more expensive trip
  

  If you have a voucher but would like to join a more expensive trip, you can do the following: convert your current voucher into a discount with a fixed value and use it then to buy the proper voucher.

  The steps are:

  1. Go to the My Vouchers menu
  2. Select the voucher you'd like to combine
  3. Convert it to a lower value voucher by pressing "Convert!", obtaining a new voucher and a discount in the amount of the price difference.
  4. Repeat step 3 until you have only an "I want to try" voucher, which you can convert only into a discount of its value.
  5. Combine the multiple discounts as described in "I have multiple discounts - how can I combine them into one large discount ?" above.
  6. Go to an online Shop , purchase the more expensive voucher, and use the previously obtained discount during the checkout. This will reduce the price of the new voucher by its value.
  7. As a result, you will get the new voucher and have to pay only the difference.

• I am a newbie to Rocket Science Sailing, and I would like to bring a friend with me to sail. Can I already benefit from your INVITE FRIEND program?
  

  First, the INVITE FRIEND program is tailored for our already known members (those who have already purchased at least one voucher). Therefore, to take advantage of the program, you must first get a voucher and join a sailing trip. You can add two add-ons to your first booking, Refunder or No Worries. These can be added shortly before the actual trip.

  So, here's how you can use the INVITE FRIEND program to your advantage, even as a new Rocket Science Sailing customer:

  1. Get a voucher and join a sailing trip.
  2. Invite a friend via the INVITE FRIEND program and get rewarded with a small discount.
  3. Use the discount to purchase the add-ons and get them at a cheaper price.

  Voila! You have profited from the INVITE FRIEND program, even as a new customer of Rocket Science Sailing.
